the location was stunning, short walk to the main attractions and restaurant. the room with clean beds and comfy beds. the staff was very kind and good, some of them especially.

All in all everything was nice, had a quite comfortable stay for 3 nights. The hotel was placed 0.5 miles away from the airport.

Had very comfortable experience, overall functional place.
We booked double room with comfy beds, Internet access, for instance. Location: the hotel was right by the roundabout, Sofia, Bulgaria with the 4 stars in Bucharest, Romania, and the main attractions.

Great location within walking distance to everything and comfortable, clean rooms. This place has a fantastic location that's close to everything, and the rooms are clean and comfortable.

I thought it was great for the price I payed for my stay. The hotel was a lot better then I thought it would be. The room was very clean and not a bad size room and bath room. It was clean every day and new soap etc replaced. The swimming was fine and the weights room not to bad. I enjoy my stay there and would stay there again if i was goning back to Sofia. The location was in a good position and about a 15 minute walk to the main sights.
The air con did not work but I had a fan in the room which was a good.

Room I had was very poor and had very bad smell of damp or mould. Though some other parts of hotel has been refurbished so I was just unlucky

The rooms here were generally clean and tidy, with cozy beds that felt comfortable to sleep in. the decor had a charming old-fashioned style that added character to the space. 🛋️

Reception stuff is very distrustful. When I made reservation on Booked.net I gave my card as a guarantee. The hotel can charge the card. Receptionists said this is not a guarantee for them. They said either I give them my ID card, either I pay the room on the spot. This is stupid and rude. Money is not a problem, I paid on the sport, in cash. I go to the restaurant, I eat, I ask: should I pay now or can I charge it on the room. No problem they said, you can put it on the room. After 5 minutes, the waiter comes back saying, I talked to the reception, they say is not possible to charge the lunch on the room. You have to pay now, here, in cash. This is stupid and rude. Money is not a problem, I paid on the sport, in cash. Hotel is pretty old. Needs refurbishing but… is still ok.
